These terms govern use of AlumniBridge and any Campus Store purchases or voluntary fundraising contributions made through this website. By placing an order or making a contribution, you agree to the applicable terms displayed at checkout.

Platform and eligibility

AlumniBridge connects the college community. Access to restricted features may require registration and approval. Users must provide accurate information and must not misuse the platform.

Campus Store

Product descriptions, availability, prices, applicable charges, collection or delivery options and the final payable amount will be displayed before payment. An order is confirmed only after the system records successful payment and the college accepts the order. Where an item is unavailable, the college will contact the purchaser regarding an alternative or refund.

Fundraising

Contributions are voluntary and are accepted only for campaigns authorized by the college. A contribution is not a purchase of goods or services. Campaign purposes and any restrictions will be described on the campaign page. No tax deduction or exemption is promised unless explicitly supported by valid documentation.

Payments

Online payments may be processed by Razorpay or another disclosed payment service provider. The college does not request card PINs or OTPs through email or messaging. Payment processing may be subject to the provider’s own terms.

Changes and disputes

The college may update platform features and these terms. For questions or disputes, contact the support email listed below. Applicable Indian law governs these terms, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
