Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy applies only to physical items ordered through the AlumniBridge Campus Store. It does not apply to fundraising contributions or digital college community services.

Available fulfilment methods

Items may be offered for campus collection or delivery, depending on the product. The available method, any delivery fee and estimated fulfilment time must be shown on the relevant product or checkout page before payment.

Dispatch and delivery

Dispatch and delivery depend on stock, destination and carrier availability. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Where delivery is unavailable for an address or significantly delayed, the college will contact the purchaser to discuss available options, including cancellation where applicable.

Campus collection

For collection orders, purchasers should wait for collection instructions and bring the order reference and any identification reasonably requested.

Problems with delivery

Report missing, damaged or incorrect items to the support email with your order reference. Refund or replacement eligibility is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
