AlumniBridge processes information needed to operate college community services, the Campus Store and approved fundraising campaigns.

Information collected

Depending on the activity, this may include name, email address, phone number, academic or alumni details, order details, shipping or collection details, donation amount, campaign selection, payment reference and support correspondence.

Purpose and sharing

We use information to administer accounts, fulfil orders, record contributions, provide receipts, prevent misuse, resolve complaints and meet applicable legal obligations. Necessary transaction details may be shared with Razorpay, banks, logistics providers and authorized college personnel. Payment card credentials are processed by the payment provider and should not be entered into AlumniBridge support forms.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as necessary for operations, institutional records, legal obligations and dispute resolution. Reasonable access controls and safeguards are used, although no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Choices and requests

To request access, correction or deletion where legally available, or to raise a privacy concern, email the college support address. Some financial records must be retained to satisfy accounting or legal obligations.
