Payment or order support

For a Campus Store order, donation, refund, duplicate payment or payment failure, email your name, date, amount, order or transaction reference and a description of the issue. Do not disclose passwords, card PINs or OTPs.

Grievance escalation

If your issue is unresolved, request escalation to the college’s designated grievance officer through the support email. The college should publish the officer’s name, designation, telephone number and service hours here once officially approved.
